Overseeing the identification, inventorying, and determination of market values, as well as the calculation of assessed valuation for all Township properties, in accordance with the State Tax Commission regulations, methods, and procedures is crucial to ensure fair and equitable assessments. Additionally, maintaining accurate Homestead and property transfer information in compliance with applicable State laws is of utmost importance.
